The third on-site visit for the Slovenian DECK partner was organized by the local Kajak Kanu Klub Ljubljana and coordinated by the Canoe Federation of Slovenia. It took place during the Marathon racing event Ljubljanski marathon on the Ljubljanica River in Ljubljana on October 21st, 2023.

The event was both competitive and non-competitive, open to everyone, with over a hundred participants from Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary racing in single or double kayaks.
